You are entering into a binding contract with Ali Labs Industries Company for Digital, Software, Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical Solutions and General Contracting — Egyptian Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Entity", "Ali Labs", or "We"). This document legally superimposes all interactions involving IT Infrastructure deployments, complex electronics procurement, physical contracting, and individual hardware servicing.

The Entity maintains aggressive, universal rights over the "ALiLabs Industries" nomenclature. Any firmware components, proprietary code loops, electrical schematics, or structural blueprints drafted by the Entity remain our exclusive intellectual property unless officially transferred via signed enterprise IP transfers. Unauthorized reverse engineering or replication of our SaaS portals subjects the offending actor to extreme multi-jurisdictional litigation.
When initiating a repair order (Tickets), the client fully understands the inherent risks associated with catastrophic microscopic damage. The Entity operates highly advanced micro-soldering labs; however, the Entity is completely absolved of responsibility regarding underlying data-loss scenarios. **It is the explicit responsibility of the client to possess complete digital backups prior to utilizing our services.**
Initial diagnostic findings and software architecture estimates provided via our digital portals are highly accurate approximations but are not legally binding until an official, VAT-applied Invoice (usually 14% EGY framework) is dispatched via our proprietary lifecycle manager. Software down-payments are universally non-refundable post-activation of the Edge Repositories.
Our warranties cover solely the specific ICs, components, or code segments altered during our tenure. If automated telemetry systems detect catastrophic user error, external manipulation, or exposure to absolute unauthorized elements, the digital warranty vault will trigger an automatic invalidation clause.
